My background
I've been part of both large corporations and SMEs, collaborating closely with co-founders, where I embraced varied aspects of product management from shaping product strategies to conducting detailed market analyses.

I turn complexity into clear tasks, so devs know what to code and business gets exactly what customers need.
How I work
- I build my own automations to deliver outcomes faster, not waiting for new tool approval
- I manage backlogs with code editors, LLMs, and MCPs, not Jira
- I use no code and AI for prototypes to validate, not Figma mockups
Education
I have multiple degrees including in User Experience & Product Design and IT Project Management. I've also completed numerous product management courses (Reforge) cohorts, as well as many courses to build digital products using no-code (my favorite stack: Airtable, Make.com, Softr, Bubble).
My experience
As a product owner, I've delivered marketplaces, back-office system powered by AI, and IoT platforms for both mid-market and enterprise clients. I've worked across both small teams and large enterprise environments, delivering products in legal tech, industrial IoT, and defense sectors.
As a founder, I've built and shut down two SaaS. Now, I apply everything I've learned to a new product in construction-tech I am working on—CFD w Chmurze.
